Pet Policy

We have a limit of two pets per apartment home. Please note that residents will be required to pay an initial non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet for up to two pets max. Certain breed restrictions may apply. 

Restrictions: Breed restrictions apply, and include, but are not limited to Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Sorry, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds will not be allowed.
